(Additional import and customs charges that may apply in your country are not included in our prices. We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot provide cost information.)

Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can let us know your decision via our contact form.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely excluded from returns:
* Digital products and software (LUTs, Presets)
* POD goods (prints & merch) are produced after receipt of the order and are therefore excluded from return.
* Giftcards
Refunds (if applicable)
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received a refund, please contact us via our contact form.
Promotional items (if applicable)
A refund can only be made for items with a regular price, unfortunately offer items are excluded from the refund.
Exchange (if applicable)
An exchange will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, send us a message via our contact form.
Return shipment
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
To return your product, send us a message via our contact form and you will receive the correct shipping address.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to arrive may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
If you're shipping an item over €75, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
