Delivery time

For orders shipped from our location in Europe to a European destination, delivery time from order processing can range from 5 to 10 business days. For orders shipped from our location in Europe to non-EU regions, delivery time can range from 10 to 20 business days.

Digital products will be emailed to you as a download link within a few hours.

Return and refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by contacting us via our contact form.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are completely excluded from returns:

* Gift certificates

* Downloadable software products

* Print on Demand merchandise (merch, & print items) are produced after the order is received and are therefore excluded from returns.

Only partial refunds will be issued in certain situations (if applicable).

* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Items returned after 14 days from delivery.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds (if applicable).

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us via our contact form.

Offer items (if applicable).

Refunds can only be issued for regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are excluded from refunds.

Exchange (if applicable)

Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items.  If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us via our contact form.

Shipping

Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

To return your product, please contact us via our contact form and you will receive the correct shipping address.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

 

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
